Manage Users

The Enterprise dashboard allows admins, managers and department leads to manage users, assign users to departments and roles.

Add or Remove users

Users can be added to the dashboard in two ways:

  • SSO (Single Sign-On)

  • Registration via invite link

  • API

SSO (Single Sign-On)

Your tenant is pre-configured with SSO. This means that users can log in to the dashboard using their existing credentials from an identity provider (IdP) such as Okta, Google or Microsoft Entra ID.

You can generate an invite registration link that allows users to add themselves to your tenant. Magic registration link is a unique URL with an expiration time.

  1. Login to SecDim ID

  2. Go to Manage Company

  3. Click on Invite People button on top right corner

  4. Set expiry date for the invite link

  5. Copy and share the link.

Remove users

Only for Admin role.

  1. Login to SecDim ID

  2. Go to Manage Company

  3. Select the user from the user list

  4. Click on Remove User

Role assignment

The following roles are available:

Role Permissions

Admin

Full access to all features. Can manage users, departments, games, SSO, policies, API keys, subscriptions, and remove users from the company.

Manager

Same as Admin, except cannot remove users from the company or manage subscriptions.

Department Lead

Can assign and remove users within their own department via Manage Company. Can view their own department’s report in the Play Dashboard. Can create and delete games. Cannot remove users from the company.

Assign users to a role

  1. Login to SecDim ID

  2. Go to Manage Company

  3. Select the user from the user list

  4. Click on Assign Role

  5. Select from one of the available roles

Unassign a role

  1. Login to SecDim ID

  2. Go to Manage Company

  3. Select the user from the user list

  4. Click on Assign Role

  5. Click on Unassign role

Department assignment

Department is a group of one or more users. Department can be used to limit the users access for example to limited set of games.

Assign users to a department

  1. Login to SecDim ID

  2. Go to Manage Company

  3. Select the user from the user list

  4. Click on Assign Department

  5. Select from one of the available departments

Unassign a department

  1. Login to SecDim ID

  2. Go to Manage Company

  3. Select the user from the user list

  4. Click on Assign Department

  5. Click on Unassign department

Manage Users via API

You can also add or remove users to your tenant using the API. The API allows you to create, update, and delete users programmatically.
